Livid Instruments, Badass MIDI Controllers & More

Livid Instruments was created in 2004 by Jay Smith, Peter Nyboer, and Travis Redding. All Livids products are created in their shop, Livid Industry, based out of Austin, Texas. Only the finest woods, hand picked by Travis himself from local wood suppliers, and top quality metals are used to craft their products and all products are designed, manufactured and assembled by them personally.

On Monday (2-22-10) Livid Instruments announced their newest line, Builder.

[Builder is a line of DIY parts that make it easy for users to design their own USB MIDI control surfaces and devices using buttons, knobs, faders, and talkback LED’s.
