Crookers’ ‘Remedy’ paints the Italian rapscallions in a slightly different light than you may be used to. Despite breakbeats and buzzsaw lead, this is no banger.

What is it, then? Call it pop music, taking Crookers’ mastery of dancefloor dynamics and funneling it towards something more universal, with Miike Snow’s hushed vocals throwing a melancholy glow over it.
